7. HOW DO I CARE FOR THE WOODEN SURFACES ON MY FURNITURE? 

1. What do you do? 

We manufacture a range of freestanding furniture that is retailed through various outlets in South Africa. The ranges include furniture pieces such as dining tables, pedestals, servers and coffee tables. 

2. What wood is your furniture made of? 

The type of wood is dependent on the furniture range, however, most of our furniture is made of a combination of Solid SA Clear pine, Medium Density Fibre board (otherwise known as MDF or ‘Supawood’) and veneer board with the tops being made out of Solid Oak or Solid Ash. 

3. Do you make custom pieces of furniture? 

Yes, we do make custom pieces of furniture. If you have a specific furniture piece you want designed and or manufactured, please speak to one of our designers. 

4. Do you sell directly to the public from your factory? 

No, we do not sell our furniture ranges directly to the public from our factory. Please see our list of distributors to locate the store closest to you. Should you wish to become a distributor, please send us an enquiry. 

5. Could a new furniture range be designed for an existing or new distributor? 

Yes, a new furniture range can be designed for either an existing or a new distributor. You can arrange to meet with one of our designers to discuss your ideas on the new range. 

6. Do you offer after-sales service in respect of repairs? 

We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchase of furniture. Therefore we offer our services in respect of repairs or minor damages. We guarantee all our work against manufacturing faults and if we find that the damage is not as a result of a manufacturing fault, we will offer to repair the damage at a reasonable charge. 

7. How do I care for the wooden surfaces on my furniture? 

We offer a range of recommended Care and Maintenance Products ranging from soap soultions to oils and waxes. For more information on our Maintenance Products, please click here.
