Please contact our Customer Services Team on +27 (0)44 382 2790 if you are not completely happy with your purchase and let us know the following reason:

  • The wrong item has been delivered

If it is our fault and you have received the wrong item we will arrange collection free of charge and make the necessary arrangements for the correct item to be delivered.

  • The item is faulty

We will arrange for replacement parts or you can return the item for an exchange or full refund. If collection is required there will be no charge.

  • You wish to cancel your order:
  • Before the goods are received:  You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing the order, please notify us in writing (email acceptable) advising us of the order number and or invoice number relating to the order. Please also contact our customer services team on +27 (0)44 382 2790, to advise them of your cancellation. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued up to 30 days from notification.
  • Once delivery has been made:  Please notify us in writing (email acceptable) within 7 working days after the day on which you received the goods, advising us of the order number and or invoice number relating to the order. A full refund will be given once the goods have been returned and checked for any damages. Please ensure all the items are packed in the original packaging and you take care to return the items to us in the condition you received them. If you would like us to collect larger items, a collection charge of 20% of the invoice value will be incurred. Regrettably self assembled items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is found to be faulty.

Please note that there will be no returns or refunds on CUSTOM designed items unless the item is faulty.

Before you return anything please liaise with our Customer Services Team so they will know to expect your return and issue a refund. They will also be able to advise you of the best way to return your item and confirm the return delivery address.

Refunds A refund will be issued once the goods are returned and checked in our factory. Refunds will be processed up to 30 days from receipt of goods (subject to the returns criteria being adhered to)
